Hello James! First of all, can you tell me more about your job, what is Matoto Technologies doing?Matoto Technologies is a Managed Services Provider based in South Africa that offers its customers professional solutions in the following area of expertise: network infrastructure management, hosted exchange & email management, onsite & offsite backup solutions, managed hosted firewall, hosted endpoint protection, ISP & web management, complete cabling & networking, VPN linking remote branches and asset lifecycle management.
How did you know about RG System?We’ve been doing thorough online research that led us to YouTube and thanks to the videos and links provided, we were able to weigh our options in terms of what we wanted as an IT monitoring solution. Therefore making a decision was easy for our company and that’s how we decided to go for RG System’s solutions!
Did you use other monitoring solution before?We have been testing few RMM tools in the open source space but we finally decided to go with RG System’s solutions because of its easy-to-use and intuitive Dashboard, the reporting option and the all-in-one security/IT monitoring/data backup feature that enables the user to manage its infrastructure from one unique web interface.
Why did you choose to switch to RG System solutions?We have tested many RMM tools and some of them are not honest with what works and what doesn’t. Clients are sensitive about their data and security so it is important to use a tool that will protect clients’ documents with RG System improved antivirus plugin.
Is there a specific feature you really appreciate?Our technicians boast of how it is so simple to understand and monitor specific clients computers and workstations. The overview and reports tools are exceptionally useful because it allows for quick and easy monitoring which in turn will greatly improve the effectiveness of our services and increase client satisfaction. We are extremely satisfied with RGS as a package.
